Our shop serves the following areas: the city of Olean, Saint Bonaventure University, the village & town of Portville, the village & town of Allegany the village of Cuba, the town of Weston Mills, the village & town of Hinsdale.

Our shop is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

We are closed on Sundays.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, please try to place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

A local delivery fee of $4.95 will be added to each order, for each address. There is a service fee of $5.50 for all orders outside our local area, (this fee many vary).

We do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Telephone numbers from the sender and, to the recipient, are required on all orders.

Delivery's to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed without telephone numbers.

We will be glad to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
